F45 Training Pooler opened its doors to the community with a Grand Opening Celebration and Ribbon Cutting this morning at its new studio located at 1702 Pooler Parkway, Suite 112–113, Pooler, GA 31322. Community members attended a morning of fitness, fun, and local vendor experiences.

The celebration featured two complimentary workout classes open to the public:

- Class 1: 8:00–9:00 AM

- Class 2: 10:00–11:00 AM

A formal ribbon cutting took place between classes.

A New Fitness Community for Pooler

F45 Training is one of the fastest-growing fitness concepts in the world, offering high-intensity, team-based workouts that deliver results in just 45 minutes. The “F” stands for functional training, and the “45” represents the duration of each class—efficient, effective, and built for busy lifestyles.

F45 Training Pooler was founded by business partners Yash Desai and Dr. Jennifer Hamilton, whose passion for health and wellness drove the studio’s creation. Desai was first introduced to F45 during the COVID-19 pandemic, discovering a workout that not only transformed his physical health but reshaped his mindset and lifestyle.

“What started as something personal, simply wanting to feel healthy again, grew into a calling to help other people experience the same change,” Desai said. “Jennifer and I both believe that when you create something that genuinely helps people live better, everything else falls into place.”

Dr. Hamilton, a respected dentist and leader in her field, brings her same energy and dedication to the studio. Together, they built F45 Training Pooler with a vision of creating a welcoming, high-intensity fitness community where members can show up, put in the work, and walk out better than when they arrived.
