Future plans for Bryan county’s growth and development will be a key focus at Bryan County Chamber of Commerce’s State of the Community event, presented by Georgia Power. This event is slated to be from 8-10 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026 at Richmond Hill City Center.

The State of the Community address is a partnership with the cities of Richmond Hill and Pembroke, Bryan County, and Bryan County Schools to inform Chamber members and residents of recent accomplishments.

During this event, attendees will learn about the future surrounding development and over visions for the local county and city governments.

"The State of the Community is an opportunity for our entire community to come together to celebrate how far Bryan County has come while gaining a deeper understanding of where we're headed,” said Erin Fountain, interim CEO of the Bryan County Chamber of Commerce. “As one of Georgia's fastest-growing communities, it's more important than ever for residents, business leaders, elected officials, and community partners to hear directly from the leaders shaping our future and learn about the vision, investments, and opportunities driving Bryan County forward."

Attendees will hear from panelists, meet with local government officials, and gain insights on Bryan County’s direction for the year ahead.
