Bulloch County Receives $20M Grant for Water, Wastewater Infrastructure

Bulloch County has been awarded $20 million in funding through the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority program for water and wastewater infrastructure projects, county officials announced.
The funding will support improvements at the Bulloch–Statesboro Airport and the expansion of sewer infrastructure on the south end of Bulloch County.
“This partnership and investment represent a tremendous opportunity for Bulloch County and the State of Georgia,” county officials said. “By expanding infrastructure capacity and preparing for thoughtful growth, we are building a stronger foundation for future generations.”
