Monday, July 13th, 2026

J.C. Lewis Ford Hinesville will host a free community event featuring the legendary Wood Brothers No. 21 Motorcraft/Quick Lane Ford Mustang on July 13th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 309 West Oglethorpe Highway, Hinesville, GA 31313.

“We are amped to host a NASCAR Cup Series Ford Mustang and serve up free hot dogs and snacks to our local community,” shares J.C. Lewis Ford Hinesville General Manager, Breck Davis. “What better way to kickstart your week with some high-octane excitement than by bringing a piece of NASCAR history right to our backyard!”

“Whether you are a die-hard racing fan or just looking for a fun midday break with the family, you won't want to miss this,” adds Davis.

Backed by NASCAR’s oldest active team, the No. 21 car is fielded by Wood Brothers Racing, which holds the undisputed record as the longest continuously operating team in NASCAR history. Founded by family patriarch Glen Wood in 1950, the team has been a foundational pillar of the sport for more than 75 years.

When the Wood Brothers made their official premier series debut at Martinsville Speedway in May 1953, they did it in a Ford, and they have never switched. The No. 21 Dark Horse represents a continuation of an unbroken manufacturer partnership with Ford Motor Company that spans more than 73 years, making it the longest team-manufacturer relationship in motorsports.

Marketing Operations Specialist, Cam Bosse, shares, “We want you to see every detail of this incredible Cup Series car in person and stick around to hear them fire up the engine. It’s loud enough to shake the pavement! We will also be serving up free hot dogs and drinks, along with a way to score some awesome swag while you hang out with the team.”
