Savannah Concert Fundraiser Supports Homeless and At-Risk Youth

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Friday, July 17th, 2026

WHAT:

Throwback Band Party, a high-energy fundraising event benefiting Park Place Outreach, Inc. Community members are invited to celebrate the start of a new school year with an evening of live music, cold beer, dancing and community impact at Service Brewing Co.

The event will feature live entertainment by Savannah favorite A Nickel Bag of Funk, bringing old-school party vibes and crowd-pleasing hits to keep guests on their feet all night long. Attendees will enjoy an evening of music, fellowship and fun while supporting critical services for runaway, homeless and at-risk youth in the Savannah community.

Every ticket purchased helps Park Place Outreach provide safe shelter, meals, counseling, educational support, crisis intervention and life-changing services for youth and young adults facing difficult circumstances. The event also serves as an opportunity for community members to come together, reconnect with friends and make a meaningful difference in the lives of local young people.

Guests are encouraged to invite friends, family members and coworkers to join the celebration and help expand awareness and support for Park Place Outreach’s mission.

Proceeds from the Throwback Band Party will benefit Park Place Outreach’s programs and services for at-risk youth in the Savannah area. Services include emergency shelter, transitional living, family preservation, homelessness diversion and outreach programs. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
