Statesboro Regional Public Libraries To Open This Week

Effingham County says the Statesboro Regional Public Libraries system will begin operating the Rincon and Springfield library branches on Wednesday, July 1, completing the county’s transition to the regional library system.
The change marks a new chapter for library services in Effingham County, county officials said in a news release. The county said it expects the partnership to provide responsive library services with local representation.
