Heads-Up Guidance Services announces the 2015 BOO BASH Halloween Party. This fun evening includes dinner, dancing, a Halloween costume contest with cash prizes, Halloween-themed entertainment, a 50/50 raffle and silent and live auctions. The Savannah Jaycees have generously pledged volunteers to support the 2015 BOO BASH Halloween Party, HUGS’ first annual signature event and fundraiser.

HUGS is a local, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization making professional counseling and vocational guidance available and affordable to ALL who need and desire services. HUGS is funded strictly by community donations. HUGS’ professionals provide mental and behavioral health counseling, recovery programs and support services to at-risk individuals and families seeking healthy, productive lifestyles.  They typically serve those who do not have the financial means to obtain help elsewhere.

Staffed solely with volunteers, HUGS has recently completed the renovation of a 4,000 square foot warehouse into a functional counseling facility. The Comprehensive Counseling Center located at 706 Wheaton Street opened in April of this year and HUGS is now able to expand services.

Tickets are available through the HUGS website for $50 per person. The evening will be held at the St. Peter the Apostle Parish Center, 7020 Concord Road, from 6:30-11:00PM.
