Savannah Business Attorney Charles Bowen to Address Small Business Council of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce Oct. 6th

Business attorney Charles Bowen of The Bowen Law Group is the featured speaker at the Tuesday, October 6 Small Business Council SMART Lunch Series. Bowen will present “Ten Simple Ways to Protect Your Small Business from Lawsuits” during the monthly luncheon held at the Savannah Morning News auditorium, 1375 Chatham Parkway, in Savannah.

Bowen has been practicing law in Savannah for two decades and is the founding partner of The Bowen Law Group. Active in the community, Bowen is chair for the 2016 Kiss-a-Pig campaign, a speaker for Creative Coast’s upcoming Geekend, serve on the board of the Savannah Filmmakers Association and the Business Advisory Committees for both Chatham Area Transit and S Bank. He also recently helped found the Savannah Regional Entertainment Alliance and is also currently performing with The Shoestring Theatre Company, where he serves as board President.

“Small businesses are the lifeline for any community, and I am pleased to share some tips with these hard-working individuals,” said Bowen. “Most small business owners are faced with daily decisions that could put them in a legal bind. This lecture will give attendees ten quick tips to help them stay out of the courtroom.”
